Electra 1.6

The hero in the Electra game is not a prince, a supercharged turtle, an alien battle robot controlled by flies, or even a lovable white polar bear that can’t sit still. The hero in this Alawar Entertainment-published game is an electrician. This electrician, who could frankly use a shave, doesn’t have to save the world from demons, battle aliens, or do some other crazy stunt like that.

The electrician with a cool moustache and a heavy five o’clock shadow has to restore the city’s power grid because there has been an accident. People can’t stay without electricity, so it’s up to the electrician to fix things. The electrician has to batteries. The one on the right is the backup that’s powering the city. The one on the left has to be charged; it will be charged by your actions. When the battery on the left is charged, the electrician will swap it with the one on the right.

To charge the battery you have to generate lightning. To generate lightning you must create a complete circuit from the left part of the screen to the right part of the screen. You will have to rotate and arrange the pieces of wiring to create a complete circuit – it’s not as easy as it sounds.

Electra features 3 game modes:
Time trial – build the required number of circuits before you run out of time.
Action – don’t let the falling chips fill up the playing area.
Strategy – there are 4 variations in this game mode: Strategy, Wire, Double Wire, and Fighting.

You can check out all these game modes and their variations by downloading and installing the game on your Windows-powered computer. You will be able to play the game free of charge for a trial period of 1 hour after you install it on your computer.

Pay attention during the installation process. You will be asked to change your default search provider, you will be asked if you want to change your homepage, and you will be asked if you want to install Game Box (contains Alawar Entertainment’s catalog of games). If you don’t want to change your homepage or search engine, or if you don’t want to install the Game Box, make sure to opt out.
